Dear IASCNAPA Member,
The offices available for election in Spring 2008 are secretary and three seats on the Board of Directors. We would like to get nominations in and the election ballots out in time to have the results available by April 30, 2008.
Please use the ballot at http://www.iascnapa.org/docs/NOMBAL08.htm to submit your nominees for the offices listed. Review your directory and the IASCNAPA web site at www.iascnapa.org to assist you in making your selections from the active member list. And please, if you feel that you are a good candidate for a position, nominate yourself. Limit your nominees to three for each position. Your list of nominees must be faxed, emailed or mailed Ann Earles no later than April 11 2008. Ann’s contact information is as follows:

Nominees will be contacted by the nominations committee to discuss duties and responsibilities, and to ascertain their willingness to serve. Only those who are active members and accept nomination will appear on the voting ballot.
Voting will be done online this year, and will take place in April 2008, as soon as the nominees are named and the ballot prepared. Please access the web site at www.iascnapa.org regularly so that you will know when voting is in progress. You will also receive mail notification if your contact information is up-to-date. Please be sure that you have registered online at the IASCNAPA web site. Click on the Members only button for instructions. If you have not registered and need assistance or do not have internet access please notify Ann at 808-883-3919 as soon as possible. Only members active at election time will be able to vote, so please renew your membership and update your contact information on the web site.
